This is consistently the worst service I have had at any mcdonalds, ever. Tonight was no exception. Absolutely terrible.
Worst service from any McDonalds, definitely not fast food, especially in the drive thru. Also should open at 430am to cater for workers.
Typical McDonald's really. Clean and tidy with standard menu. This branch has order and pay screens which makes ordering easier. Toilets were clean and tidy and this makes it a pleasant visit. Drive thru available too.
The manager couldnt run a hot dog stand. Understaffed any hour of the day, expect to wait anything up to 25 minutes for something as simple as a Big Mac meal. This has consistently been the standard at McDonalds Blackwater for years now, it is not a one-off. Staff are professional and well mannered despite the workload, no complaints there. The manager needs to put a few extra staff on to cover the shortfall ... maybe (definitely) you will see more orders processed per hour (= more cash per day), more repeat business (also more cash) ... do the math.
Polite and engaging young staff. Can get busy at certain times and they deal with it just don't expect your order in a heartbeat. So other times it's a pleasent place to have a decent coffee and such.
