WARNING!!! Real estate FROM HELL!! The worst real estate I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. And the owner obviously leads by example. Do as little as possible for the tenant, gouge them mercilessly and pass the buck. The staff are rude and useless. I only heard how heinous they were after I signed the lease sadly. The town is full of horror stories about them. Never giving anyone's bond back, no response to maintenance calls, threatening to blacklist and/or sue people. The house was so filthy when we moved in the my son went into anaphylactic shock and had to be rushed to the emergency department. They left broken glass and rusted shards of scrap metal in the back yard. I honestly couldn't tell you all of the BS they have pulled as the list would be endless. The real estate from Hell.
Do not rent a house threw this real estate. Very poor communication and wont help you regardless.
*WARNING* With out a doubt the worst real estate I have ever delt with. The people there were horribly unreliable, unhelpful, rude and refused to take responsibility for mistakes on their behalf. Absolutely do not deal with these people, all it will do is cost you money and time. They will stop at nothing to keep your bond and squeeze every little bit they can out of you. Disgusting.
Down to earth ..friendly people
I found this real estate to be very unreliable, rude and unprofessional in all of my dealings with them. They did not call back when they said they were going to, things that they said would be sorted were not, and our property manager (the 3rd in a month) was always too busy to answer our phone calls. We were supposed to sign a lease but were told we had to come back later in the day because the property manager was too busy, and then when we rang 15mins prior to the appointment, were told that she would not be in the office for our appointment. Following this we decided to go with another real estate, and received a very rude and unprofessional phone call from Blackwater real estate. Very poor communication and customer service. One staff member was very friendly to us - our first property manager Deejay, but he no longer works for this company. Would not recommend signing up with these guys.
